The structure features pressure-treated 6x6 skids, 2x6 pressure-treated floor joists, and a durable 3/4" subfloor for long-lasting support. It includes a metal roof, stained T1-11 siding, and a 4-foot covered, screened-in porch for added functionality and comfort. The shed is equipped with three 2x3 windows, a 36x80 fiberglass entry door, and a complete electrical package. This build was completed and sold for $10,000.
